Union Lawyers Ltd is regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities; its registration is recorded on the website www.justice.gov.uk/claims-regulation.

Union Lawyers Ltd are not a firm of solicitors and do not give legal advice. The www.unionlawyers.co.uk site is an online facility for members (or relatives of members) of Community Union to be signposted to the Union’s recommended solicitors for their area. “Signposting” is defined as providing you (as a member or relative of a member) of Community Union, subject to the information you provide to us, with the identity and contact details of the Union’s recommended solicitors for your area with a unique reference number to quote when you contact the solicitors. The recommended solicitors will not contact you and no action will be taken unless you make contact with the recommended solicitors. As strict time limits may apply you should contact the recommended solicitors immediately, should you wish to instruct them.
